New Dawn, New Day, New Year!!

Hello Lovelies!! Happy New Year!!! Can you believe that it is 2013 already? I am still in shock myself. This year it will be exactly 30 years since I was born...30 YEARS!!! AHHH!!! No matter though, 30 is the new 20 right.....RIGHT? Okay, now I know there is no need to panic. 30 years won't be here until November so I still have time to enjoy the last few months in my 20s. I may need your help in seeking the best opportunities to making these next few months stylishly amazing so feel free to throw your ideas at me.

Alright, enough about me, how about you? How was your New Years? Did you go out or stay in? I brought in the new year with my family and must admit that it was just what I needed to start the year off on a good foot. Last year there were so many ups and downs in my life and to bring in the new year on a good note (with a drink in my hand) made it all the better. This year I say cheers to all the good great things in life and to endless smiles and laughter. Who's with me?

This year (like every other new year) I decided to create some resolutions for myself. Realistic ones that is. Of course there are the usual ones of losing weight and getting into the best shape I can. Eating before 8:00pm and drinking more water, yatta, yatta, yatta. While those resolutions sound dandy and all let's admit it. I am going to eat after 8:00pm and it will most likely be something fried. I will purchase a looser shirt so I can eat another piece of chocolate pie. I will drink as much water as I am in the mood to drink at the time, but juice will always be an option...ALWAYS. The way I see it resolutions should be fun, lasting, and true to yourself. So many people fall into the same routine every year just to be disappointed a few weeks into it. Nope. My resolutions will be simple, easy, down-to-earth with limited restricting.

My resolutions for this year are to push myself to blog more, seek the best smile inducing deals and experience as many life enriching moments as I can. Yup. That's it. Last year I dwindled behind and slid off the blogging and thrift shopping train. Needless to say lovelies, that's not cute. It may seem like a lot of pressure, but to me it's not. I want to build my relationship with my readers and for you to get to know me and I you a little better I need to write. It's a win win situation. I share my experiences, finds, loves, desires, etc. and in turn I hope you gain some new (if not merely entertaining) info and tips. It makes sense to me. :)

So this year lovelies, I hope that you live a very stylish, happy, and oh so chic journey through 2013 and hey, maybe this whole resolution thing can bring some great opportunities our way!!
